Job Description
Position: Outbound Call Center Agent (DV, DE & BT Campaigns)
Location: Block 3, Kamran Chowrangi, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Timing: 8 PM to 4 AM
Salary: Salary + Commission (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls for USA-based campaigns (DV, DE & BT).
- Deliver quality customer service and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Effectively communicate campaign details and answer client inquiries.
- Record call outcomes and client information accurately in the system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound calling or relevant fields.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Age between 20 and 40.
- Open to both married and single candidates.
