Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and motivated female agents to join our team for the Du and Etisalat campaigns. Whether you are fresh or experienced in call center operations or sales, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with us.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Du and Etisalat services.
- Provide information and support to customers regarding services.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred, but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Confident and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Salary & Benefits:
- Experienced Candidates: PKR 35,000 + handsome commission
- Fresh Candidates: PKR 25,000 + handsome commission
