Job Description

Location: Nursery, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 PKR
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years
Marital Status: Both Married & Unmarried

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity issues, and software failures.
  • Assist in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and other networking equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Ensure data security, backup procedures, and antivirus updates.
  • Support end-users by resolving technical issues and providing IT guidance.
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and system reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and service procurement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, printers, and software applications.
  • Ability to manage IT-related documentation and maintain records.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
